NOT 10CM! See photo, it’s just 5cm because the microfiber fill is NOT DENSE. Luxurious details? Superior softness? The quality is very low for its price! The topper is made with microfiber fill, which naturally needs a bit of shaking or fluffing to help it expand after unpacking. This settling process can affect the initial appearance, especially right out of the box. The topper is available for viewing in our showroom, where we’ve measured the thickness ourselves - it does measure approximately 10cm once fully fluffed and settled. We understand that online purchases can be tricky without seeing the product firsthand, which is why we allowed doorstep rejection and later offered a full goodwill refund in store credits or to exchange it to another product. We respect your decision to decline that offer, though we truly hoped it would help make things right. Your feedback is valuable. Thank you again for giving us a chance.
