Shipping & Delivery
How do I qualify for Free Delivery?
All orders of SG$150 or more of eligible items across any product category qualify for FREE Standard Delivery. Your delivery location must also be accessible via elevator, and on the same floor as the lift landing or must be on the same floor as the goods loading/unloading area.

When all your items are ready to be shipped, our logistics partner will contact you to suggest a date/time for delivery. If you are not available on the suggested date/time, your delivery will be rescheduled to the next earliest date/time. If you are willing to accommodate our delivery schedule, Standard Delivery allows you to get your items at no or low delivery cost. |

You will be able to select your preferred delivery date and timeslot upon checkout. When all your items are ready to be shipped, our logistics partner will contact you to confirm your preferred delivery date and timeslot. If you require a specific delivery date and timeslot, Premium Delivery is more suitable for you. |
Any orders made after 4pm, will fall under the next working day. Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not considered working days.
For most standard deliveries, our logistics partner will contact you via SMS within 3-5 working days from order date to propose you a delivery date. Please remember to acknowledge and accept the delivery schedule. If you reject or fail to accept the delivery schedule, another schedule will be proposed to you within 3 working days. You may reject the delivery schedule up to a maximum of three times only.
For premium delivery, you will also receive an SMS reminder from our logistics partner. If you require to reschedule your delivery date for premium delivery, we will require 5 working days advanced notice.

If we are required to use the staircase, a staircase surcharge will also apply. Please refer to Staircase Delivery below for more details.
It is recommended that you contact your Town Council or MCST for assistance, as they often provide this service for free or a low fee.
Will it be possible to reserve the order until I'm ready to receive it?
We have a free holding period for 60 days from date of order. If you require to reserve for a longer period of time, you will require to make non-cancellable/ refundable full payment in advanced and we have a holding fee of $29.90 per additional month or part thereof.
Staircase Delivery
If the delivery crew is unable to send the furniture to your location through the elevator (eg. the furniture is unable to fit into the elevator, the elevator is not operational, the building management denies us access to the lift), BedandBasics will at our sole discretion access the feasibility of the furniture to be carried up the staircase in a non-hazardous manner. Should it be safe to deliver via the staircase, additional charges of $10 per item to per floor will be applied. Example: A delivery that comprises of a pillow and a mattress is to be delivered to a 4 storey apartment without elevator access.
The table of fees below also applies to furniture disposal that requires the use of the staircase.
