Mattress Return and Refund Policy
Request for returns should be made to us within one hundred (100) days from the delivery date for a full refund. The full refund amount will exclude the price of additional bundled items (e.g. pillows), delivery, assembly, delivery timing, delivery location and/or staircase delivery fees and/or surcharges paid to the resellers or delivery agents when the original order was made. Buyers qualify for a 100 trial return and refund offer for one (1) mattress only (per household address). If an order includes more than one (1) mattress, the customer may only return one (1) mattress. If at least one product is returned from an initial order, that customer and/or shipping address will not be eligible for additional 100 night trials on subsequent orders of mattresses listed below (i.e. if you return a mattress, you will not be eligible for 100-night trials on all future mattress orders). Bedandbasics does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our warehousing facilities. We advise you to refer to our respective Delivery Terms & Conditions:

Your Mattress will be picked up for return at a time that will be scheduled by us. Returns are free for local orders only and are not applicable to products exported out of Singapore mainland.
Proof of Purchase
Upon successful placement of order, an order acknowledgment containing the invoice will be sent by the seller / reseller to the email address that you have provided in the online order form. We advise you to keep the email or print the invoice, as these can be used as your proof of purchase.
The endorsement made on the invoice if an item has been received in good condition constitutes your acknowledgement that the item received is free from any defects or is in a condition accepted by you at the point of delivery.
