Reward Points

The BedandBasics Reward Program (the “Program”) is run by BedandBasics.sg Pte. Ltd. (“BedandBasics”). These terms form part of our Terms & Conditions, and by taking part in the Program or redeeming points you accept them, including any changes. The Program runs until it is ended, suspended, changed or replaced by BedandBasics. BedandBasics may change these terms at any time without notice, so please check them from time to time. Rewards may change and may be available for limited periods, as decided by BedandBasics.

Members must be legal residents of Singapore aged 16 or above. You join by creating a BedandBasics account. No subscription is needed to earn points.

Referral points are given only when the friend you referred signs up and completes a purchase. Review points apply only to products bought from BedandBasics and reviewed within 14 days of receiving the purchase (for example, if you receive it on 1 September, you have until 15 September). Points are credited once BedandBasics approves the review, usually within 3 working days; approval is at BedandBasics’ sole discretion. BedandBasics may, with notice, suspend, end, revalue or change all or part of the points value structure and offers without liability to members, and will decide any points discrepancies at its sole discretion.

Points can be redeemed towards products on bedandbasics.sg at checkout, while stocks last. Points can’t be redeemed for more than the total amount of your purchase and can’t be exchanged for cash. Any unused points stay in your account.

Items paid for with points can only be refunded as the points used, not as cash or credit. Purchases made with points are delivered as normal. Points earned on a purchase are removed if that purchase is returned for a refund.

Points expire 12 months from the date they were first earned. Points not redeemed within this time are forfeited. Your account page shows your points history and the dates your points were earned.

Rewards may be taxable depending on their value and applicable tax laws; members are responsible for any tax due. Rewards can’t be assigned or transferred. BedandBasics makes no warranty in respect of any rewards, merchandise or service available within the Program.

BedandBasics may, at its sole discretion, cancel, change, suspend or modify any part of the Program or any reward at any time, including its availability. BedandBasics may end or suspend a member’s participation for breach of these terms or actions inconsistent with their intent, including if BedandBasics believes or suspects the member has: (a) broken these terms; (b) damaged, tampered with or corrupted the Program or website; (c) acted to annoy, harass or abuse another person; (d) behaved inappropriately, uncooperatively, disruptively, fraudulently or unusually; or (e) acted in a way generally inconsistent with how the Program is meant to work. BedandBasics’ decisions on suspension or termination, and in cases of suspected abuse, fraud or breach, are final and binding.

Except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence by BedandBasics, members release BedandBasics.sg Pte. Ltd., its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising and promotions agencies, and their directors, officers, employees and agents from all liability for any loss, harm, damage, cost or expense, including property damage, personal injury or death, arising from or connected to the Program or the use of any rewards. Members agree to indemnify, defend and hold BedandBasics and its representatives and agents harmless from all third-party claims, demands, liabilities, costs or expenses, including legal fees, arising from a member’s breach of these terms or of applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Members agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore for all matters connected with these terms or their participation in the Program.
