Questions

How firm is it?

6 out of 10, so medium: a soft, padded top with springy support underneath.

What is a Bonnell spring?

An open coil spring unit where the springs are linked together. It gives even, springy support at a lower price than pocketed springs, though you may feel a little more movement when your partner turns over.

Is it good for everyday use?

Yes, for lighter everyday use, guest rooms and kids’ rooms. For more support and less partner disturbance, see the Dorme Decalm or Dorme Cloudform pocketed spring mattresses.

How do I unpack it?

Lay the roll on a flat surface and remove the outer packaging without cutting the inner plastic. Unroll it, wait about 5 minutes, then cut a small slit at one corner to let air in. After about 20 minutes, remove the rest of the plastic. Allow 1 to 3 days for it to fully expand.

Does it come in Japan or UK sizes?

For Japan or UK sizes, see our Nuloft mattresses.

What does the warranty cover?

Manufacturing defects in the foam or the mattress structure. It doesn’t cover normal fabric wear (stains, pilling, loose covers), normal body impressions, firmness preference, or the new-mattress smell, which fades after airing.

Can I use a discount code on it?

No. It’s already at a special price, so it can’t be combined with other discounts, vouchers or promotions.
