Bought 2 bed divan, one came with defects and we snap photos for them to see, but they said is like that which bound to have some. They then gave us a vouncher $30 with a minimum spending of like hundreds to brush off. Came with defects and no rectification still expect us to purchase more?1 Comment Thank you for your feedback! We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations, and we’d like to clarify the timeline for transparency. The two divan bed bases were delivered in April 2025 last year and were signed off at the point of delivery as received in good condition. Following the delivery, our team proactively reached out on 15 April, 22 April, and 24 April via email to follow up on the matter. Unfortunately, we did not receive any response after these follow-ups. When concerns were later raised, we reviewed the photos provided and explained our assessment based on standard manufacturing tolerances for upholstered divan bases. As a goodwill gesture, a store credit was extended even though the delivery had already been acknowledged as satisfactory at the time of receipt. For clarity, the store credit did not carry any minimum spending requirement and could be used freely on future purchases.
