The bed frame comes as expected and looks good. We have used it for a few days and it feels reasonably sturdy. However, the base slats could have be improved by also having a wooden board on top to fully support the mattress. In addition, due to the rough contact between the slats and the mattress, it is difficult to move the mattress out for changing of bed sheets. This bed frame is made of ash wood, a type of hard wood. The bed frame structure is sturdy and comes with two center pillars to support the frame, an important feature to have. Not worth. Central legs impossible to be secured, thus your bed will break in not time. Changed twice, still could not work.
