Hi. I was looking for an affordable mattress. BeandBasics met my requirements in terms of price, quality and size. Initially I settled for a single mattress but the price and quality of the Queen Milan enticed me to just as well upgrade my purchase. Its also a bonus that BedabdBasics is near my residenyial area. The MRT and bust is just round the corner, 5 mins away.
The Milan Queen high density foam is just what I was looking for. Its very firm. The mattress finishing in terms of the covering pleased me at first sight. Its of my favourite color turquoise, very light turquoise and has floral designs.
I also bought two TWINKLE foam pillows and got 1 free as a National Day Discount Sale gift.
The customer service at BendandBasics at 36 Kaki Bukit Crescent were excellent. They were very approachable, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with my queries. They had many customers the day I was there. But the customer service officers ensured that all customers were tended to.
The delivery service was prompt as per my requested day and their stipulated time given.
