Worst after sales service online website. Bought this bed and 3 mattresses from this website, when the mattress came (I bought 2 nuloft & 1 other mattress) , I found the nuloft mattress is too high for my kids and it didn’t fit in into my existing bed. 2 days after the delivery When I want to return they said I can only return 1 mattress. This policy is really unfavorable to the customer since this is an online shop where the customer cannot see the actual goods.1 Comment Thank you for your feedback!
