We're shocked that this new bed has such a bad smell...smells like sweat which we initally thought was from the delivery men. But a few hours later the smell got stronger and started to smell like rotten watermelon and made the mattress and bedsheets smell too. This is my daughter's bed and she refused to sleep in it. After a couple days they arranged to have someone check and he said he doesn't smell anything. Thinks it is normal furniture smell.
We've bought many new bedframes before and have never encountered such a bad smell, it is difficult to believe that this is a normal "new furniture smell"
I hope this can resolved with replacement with a product with no bad smell or refund if indeed all the bedframes have this bad smell
