When all your items are ready to be shipped, our logistics partner will contact you to suggest a date/time for delivery. If you are not available on the suggested date/time, your delivery will be rescheduled to the next earliest date/time. If you are willing to accommodate our delivery schedule, Standard Delivery allows you to get your items at no or low delivery cost. |

You will be able to select your preferred delivery date. When all your items are ready to be shipped, our logistics partner will contact you to confirm your preferred delivery date and timeslot. If you require a specific delivery date and/or have delivery timing restrictions, Premium Delivery is more suitable for you. |
For most standard deliveries, our logistics partner will contact you via SMS within 3-5 working days from order date to propose you a delivery date. Please remember to acknowledge and accept the delivery schedule. If you reject or fail to accept the delivery before the cut-off timing provided, another schedule will be proposed to you within 3 working days.
For premium delivery, you will be able to pick your delivery date.
This will not be possible. This includes any delivery timing restrictions that you may have. For standard delivery, our Logistics Partner will be responsible to deliver within the timeslot allocated to you and will not deliver according to the timing restrictions that you have. Please upgrade to premium delivery if you have delivery timing preferences.
When we accomodate to your preferred delivery schedule, the delivery routes will not be optimised which translate to higher logistics cost (Manpower hours and fuel). Very often we have to cater additional vehicles and manpower to fit your preferred schedule. If you could, please opt for standard delivery as it is also greener for our environment.
