The natsuki oak bed frame is very sturdy and solid. Very satisfied with the quality. Installation was also fast and efficient. However, delivery was delayed significantly. When I ordered it was supposed to take 60 working days, but it came after more than 4 months (ordered end April and arrived early September). I had to make enquiries to customer service several times to get updates on my order. Would be better to proactively update customers regarding potential delays.Comment Thank you for your feedback!
