Very disappointed with my purchase! I was misled to believe it was full leather during the purchase. The product was half leather. So be warned! I bought this couch style and had it custom made with the “Bush” genuine leather material”. It is only less than half leather if you check where exactly is full leather. Had I known I wouldn’t have made the purchase. I sent the sofa back. The staff said they’d call back in two days but didn’t about the returned sofa. Very poor customer service. They did not call back in two days as they promised. I had to follow up with calls. Communication was not documented in previous call. Thanks but no thanks.Comment Thank you for your feedback!
