The sofa’s support legs are made of plastic, and the stated weight limit is 300 kg. One of the support legs broke, and I was told I would need to pay $80 (for manpower and transport) to replace it with another plastic support leg. If I choose to collect the replacement part myself, I would still need to pay $40. I do not understand the purpose of the 3-year warranty, as under their terms and conditions, customers must still cover manpower and transport costs.Comment Thank you for your feedback!
