1. Sales Coordinator

Job Scope

  • Provide administrative support(order processing) to the customer service team
  • Communicate with customers on all sales support matters
  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers and logistics to ensure timely deliveries
  • Work with the accounting team to ensure effective and accurate inventory
  • Prepare and file all order processing documents
  • Accurate data entry of orders into the system

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level
  • Responsible and able to work independently
  • Detail oriented
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • At least 1 year of sales support experience
  • 5.5 days work week

2. Customer Service Officer

Job Scope

  • Answer enquiries through various channels, eg. phone, emails, website and social media etc
  • Making outbound calls to resolve customer complaints, schedule deliveries, and other outstanding issues
  • Schedule customer appointments and attend to customer walk-ins
  • Service recovery to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Create and maintain customer loyalty though the company's various promotions and rewards system
  • Participate in programs to improve customer service level and efficiency
  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers and our logistics partners to ensure excellent customer service
  • Prepare and submit delivery orders to our logistics partners

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level
  • Responsible and able to work independently
  • Customer oriented and pleasant personality
  • Good communication skills

3. Digital Marketing Executive

BedandBasics.sg is looking for a creative and passionate Marketing Executive! We need you to create great content that engages. If you're someone who's passionate about marketing, self-driven and works well with others, this could be your calling!

Job Scope

  • Conceptualise engaging content for target audiences
  • Conduct research and create high quality content/copy for communication channels such as websites, blogs, social media, EDMs, offline marketing collaterals
  • Engage customers across social media assets
  • Analyse metrics and evaluate effectiveness of content
  • Collaborate with the Creative team and various stakeholders to drive marketing efforts and meet deadlines
  • Adhoc duties as required

Job Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • An eye for great design
  • Able to work on multiple projects in a fast paced environment
  • Deadline-driven and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of SEO principles
  • Minimum Diploma in Marketing/Mass Communications/Journalism

Opportunity

Job Description

  • Support full spectrum of HR functions
  • Develop and streamline HR policies, processes and SOPs
  • Assist subject matter experts from other departments to document processes, develop flowcharts, and SOPs
  • Manage all aspects of the SOP document control and approval system
  • Provide advice and guidance to other departments on HR related matters
  • Establish and maintain close rapport with agencies and institutions
  • Manage general administration
  • Undertake other HR and administrative projects

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR best practices
  • Assertive and proactive, with good problem solving ability
  • Ability to handle confidential matters/documents
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Word and Powerpoint
