The 16, 14 and 11 inch heights already include the 2-inch top board, measured from the floor. To get your bed height, just add your mattress thickness. The headboard height adjusts to the base you pick, and suits mattresses up to 12 inch thick. Thicker mattress? Let us know and we can customise the bed to fit it. It’s more durable, less prone to fraying, and gives a neater, more premium finish. The floor is a laminated board in a dark oak colour.

Is the mattress included?

No, it’s sold separately. Pick the mattress size that matches your bed size in the table above.

Can I add storage?

Yes. Choose a manual or electric storage base in 16, 14 or 11 inch height in the upgrade option above. The 16 inch base gives the most storage, 34cm deep inside.

What’s the difference between manual and electric?

The manual base opens with German hydraulic lifts (lifetime warranty): lift it by hand, and a safety lock holds it open. The electric base opens and closes with a remote, for mattresses up to 80kg.

Is the top of the base covered?

On the standard divan bed, yes: it now comes with a free upgrade to a fully covered top, upholstered all over instead of the usual black cloth. This doesn’t apply to the storage bed options.

Which type of mattress can I use?

Any type. The flat base supports foam, latex and spring mattresses evenly. The bed suits mattresses up to 12 inch (30cm) thick; if yours is thicker, let us know and we can customise the bed to fit it.

How much weight can it hold?

Up to 120kg for Single and Super Single, and up to 240kg for Queen and King.

What is it made of?

A kiln-dried wood frame, upholstered in PVC faux leather, with a foam-padded headboard and 2-inch black resin legs.
