Questions

Is the mattress included?

No, it’s sold separately. Pick the mattress size that matches your bed size in the table above.

Which type of mattress can I use?

Any type: foam, latex or spring. The flat base supports them evenly.

Why is the bed wider than my mattress?

Tokuma is a platform bed: the padded base extends a little beyond the mattress on each side, for a soft, built-in look. Check the bed width in the table above before you measure your room.

Is it a one-piece bed board?

Single and Super Single come with a one-piece bed board. Queen and King come in two pieces, which makes delivery into smaller lifts and corridors easier.

Is the fabric easy to clean?

Vacuum it gently now and then. Blot spills straight away with a dry cloth; for marks, dab with a cloth dampened in mild soapy water, then with plain water, and let it air-dry.

What is it made of?

A kiln-dried wood frame, upholstered in soft woven fabric over foam padding, on solid wood legs.
