Questions

Is a mattress included?

No. You can add a Dorme Decalm pocketed spring mattress (Single to King) in the options above, or pick from our mattresses. Choose the mattress size that matches your bed size.

Which height should I choose?

Option A (43cm) gives the most storage, 35.5cm deep. Option B (38cm) has 30.5cm and option C (33cm) has 25.5cm. Add your mattress thickness to get your bed height.

Open base or floor board?

An open base lets you clean the floor under the bed. A floor board closes the bottom of the storage, so things don’t sit on the floor.

How heavy can my mattress be?

For the lifts to work well: up to 35kg for Single, Super Single and Single (JP), up to 60kg for Queen and Semi Double (JP), and up to 80kg for King.

How much weight can the bed hold?

Up to 110kg for Single, Super Single and Single (JP), and up to 220kg for Queen, King, Semi Double (JP) and Double (JP), for normal sleeping use.

How do I use the storage safely?

Always use it with a mattress on the base. Don’t stand or jump on the bed board. Use the safety lock while you take things out, and don’t force the base closed while the lock is on.
