Questions

Is the mattress included?

No, it’s sold separately. Koana takes a UK-size mattress, 200cm long: 120 × 200cm (Semi Double), 150 × 200cm (Queen) or 180 × 200cm (Super King).

Which height should I choose?

The 385mm frame gives taller storage, 34cm high inside (31.1cm with the floor base). The 265mm frame sits lower for a Japandi look, with 22cm of storage height inside (19.1cm with the floor base).

How does the storage open?

From the side. Pull the built-in fabric handle and the base rises on cushioned gas lifts, opening fully so you can reach everything.

Is there a floor base?

It’s optional. Choose it in “Floor Base” above to add a panel under the storage, or leave the bottom open. The floor base takes about 2.9cm off the storage height inside.

What is it made of?

A solid North American oak frame with an 18mm poplar slatted base. A raised edge at the foot stops the mattress from slipping.
