Product: Leuven Smoke Gray.
The colour is just nice not too dark & not too light. It has a bit of blue shading under light/sunshine. Sturdy.
Fabric is soft & comfortable. Compact modern design. FIts well for my living room of 3 bedrooms apartement & makes the room look spacious. Neat stitches.
Backrest is a bit too firm.
Very easy to assemble, all that you need to do is twisting the wooden legs into the bottom of the sofa with your hand, not tool is needed. So save your assembly fee. I paid for the assembly fee not knowing it will be so easy.
Staffs:
Asmine was really helpful & knowledgable. Accomodated my last minutes appointment to visit the warehouse, attended to my inquiries promptly & patiently.
Just an advice, providing a fabrics sample will be very useful.
Ninja Van men did their job well. Original delivery given was Fri, 6 - 9pm but my condo management delivery timing is up to 5pm. They changed it to Sat without extra fee.
