Want to give zero stars. no email response despite several sent. Product delivered on the 7th working day only!!
Was promised to have product delivered on the 6th working day before 6pm, but no one turned up. Quality is different from the website. The wood top has no lacquer or finishing and is very rough to the touch. Hard to wipe and need to be cautious not to cut your skin. The top also looks very thin and not matching the legs design. The payment was made on the 7th Nov, and order was processed on the next working day which is 9th Nov as soon as our office reopened. As you have opted for elm wood, it is has a rougher surface than the pinewood variation. Our elmwood uses a finishing that is non-glossy to retain the texture of elmwood as much as possible.
