The bed frame is nice, and provides ample storage.
What's TERRIBLE was the Installation Service. I Will Not Buy Again from BedandBasics. The installation was just Gross!
My new house! Oh!
My new bed frame! Oh!
This guy is sweaty like hell, and he is so careless with how he did everything! My newly painted wall is smeared with his sweaty back and palms. He brushed his body against walls, floor and the new bed frame. Dark, dirty patches are left behind on my wall, on the new, beige-coloured bed frame. I swear I could still smell the stench after the guy left. Now I hate my new walls and new bed frame. The alignment wasn't as precise as I'd like it to be. I had to tell him to align it properly. In my small room, instead of lifting up the bed frame parts, he simply drags and slides them around, dirtying the light, soft fabric of my new bed frame.
Instead of buying a nice, clean, new bed frame, I felt like I've just bought a dirty, stained, 2nd-hand bed frame plus the bonus of having my newly painted walls violated. :(
The ordering and delivery process was full of hiccups as well.
